DESCRIPTION OF DEPARTMENT:

Communications is responsible for proper communication through out the ship's members and ensuring that everyone is aware as much as possible what events are going on when. While it is not their primary purpose to ensure all event announcements are made through them, they are in charge of finding new and different ways of communicating effectively with the crew. At events it is their responsibility to do this for the crew's intra ship communications using any technology necessary, and proper.

In addition to those duties, and regular reports to our publications the Comm Link and Comm Link 2.0, our Communications department has assigned duties during special events, and away team missions to be assigned depending on the event by discretion of the command staff, namely the Captain.
